Payment

Payment for online purchases: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

Ordering by phone is accepted, please call (903)526-2226 Monday-Friday 10-5:30 pm and Saturday 10-5 pm (Central time). If you have any questions regarding sizing, availability, or picking out that perfect present please give us a call.

Sorry! Residents of the great state of Texas must pay sales tax. All shipments sent outside of Texas are tax free.

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders $200 and up!

Most orders if in stock will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)

All shipping is done via US Postal Service with a $5 charge. This guarantees delivery with in five business days.

We can ship overnight if needed and will be charged accordingly. If there are special circumstances please email us about your order totyspinout@aol.com.

Return Policy

We want you to love your SPINOUT purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All other purchases after this date will be final sale.

Please Note: We DO NOT refund shipping and handling charges.

If a return or exchange is necessary, please enclose a copy of your original receipt. Make sure all your information is enclosed so we may credit your account accordingly. We also recommend that you insure the return package.

Once your package has been received at Spinout, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days
